Official Image of 23rd Edition Unveiled

The Florence Korea Film Fest is back with its 23rd edition, and it does so with an official image that encapsulates the essence of the event: a perfect balance between cinema, music and creativity.

Conceived by the director Riccardo Gelli and created by the talented photographer Giovanni Corti, this year’s cover is a hymn to visual and sound art, a bridge between tradition and innovation.

An Icon of Artistic Expression

The protagonist of the image, surrounded by flowers and butterflies, wears elegant golden headphones and holds a vintage microphone in her hands, powerful symbols of artistic expression and cultural dialogue. The choice of these elements recalls the importance of the soundtrack in Korean cinema and its ability to convey deep emotions.

The refined aesthetics of the cover represent the perfect fusion of heritage and modernity, a distinctive feature of Korean cinema, capable of innovating while keeping its roots alive.

The use of natural elements and the reference to music highlight the versatility of Korean culture, which will be the protagonist of the festival through screenings, meetings and live performances.

From March 20 to 29, 2025, the Florence Korea Film Fest will welcome cinephiles, Korean culture enthusiasts and industry professionals to the Cinema La Compagnia in Florence. A cinematic journey through previews, special guests and exclusive insights, to discover the best of South Korean cinema.
