In-seon is arrested at the scene for murdering Jung Sang-woo , a best-selling author. He asks Detective Min-ju to investigate, and Min-ju recognizes In-seon as an estranged childhood friend due to a traumatic event. Although In-seon admits to all of the charges, some inconsistencies in her statements leave room for doubt. Determined to uncover the truth, Min-ju puts everything on the line to uncover what really happened.
