Seo Do-cheol is a skilled detective with unorthodox methods. While investigating an illicit car trafficking ring with his team, he meets the young, arrogant millionaire Jo Tae-oh at a party. Seo is convinced that the man is involved in a major drug trafficking operation, and when he begins investigating, he is stopped by his superiors. After learning that Jo Tae-oh nearly killed one of his old friends, the detective launches his own personal investigation to bring him down.
