Webtoon Film Multi Universe Day 6

Webtoons are online comics, with a vertical format, periodically uploaded in episodes. It is a phenomenon that had its origins in the early 2000s in South Korea and that is gradually making its way abroad, thanks to their easy accessibility. Halfway between a comic and social content, the spread of webtoons represents a new way of making comics.
The term is not limited only to the narrative aspect of the comic. There is also talk of graphic reproductions, stylistically typical of webtoons, which represent scenes from films or their promotional billboards. Also this year, the Florence Korea Film Fest offers you an exhibition of works presented at the Busan Global Webtoon Festival, promoted by the Busan IT Industry Promotion Agency. One of the artists, Park Chang-ha (YOROKE), will be present together with Jung Jae-woo, 3D Artist & Motion Designer, who collaborated again for the creation of the opening video of this year’s festival with the collaboration of the Nemo Academy.
