Suk-jung, a simple country boy, falls in love with the beautiful Eun-ha when seeing her work in a local coffee shop. Although he soon realises that the girl is also a prostitute, he remains in love with her and asks her to marry him. Eun-ha, who does not believe in love at first, slowly begins to open up to Suk-jung because of his sincerity. Just as they begin to happily love each other as husband and wife, Eun-ha’s past comes back to haunt them.
