Born in 1982, Kwon Man-ki studied at Sangmyung University with a degree in cinematography and attended graduate school in Advanced Imaging Science, Multimedia & Film at Chung-Ang University and the Korean Academy of Cinematographic Arts. He directed numerous short films including "The Parcel" (2006) and "Jai-hee's Eiffel Tower" (2007) and won recognition from many international festivals receiving numerous awards for "Telepata" (2015).
