Park Chul-so was born in 1948 in Daegu. He is a director, producer, screenwriter and actor.
After graduating from Daegu Commercial High School, Park studied at the Department of Economics at Sungkyunkwan University. After graduating, he worked as a teacher in his hometown, and then profitably dedicated himself to directing, collecting over twenty films in his career.
