Sinossi:

Tae-jung works for a bizarre commercial activity: a rental of DVDs with adjoining rooms where patrons can stay for a few hours to have sex. Since the business goes badly, the young man is forced to sell drugs to pay his debts. When he decides to use one of the rooms to hide the goods, he will realize that even his boss Doo-sik, owner of the video-rental/motel, anxious to sell the unprofitable business, is hiding an even more burning secret…

Recensione Film:

An irresistible black comedy the one produced by Lee Yong-Seung, with solutions and a pace that recall the golden age of the Hollywood entertaining cinema of the 60’s and 70’s, dominated by the subjects written by Neil Simon and directed by Blake Edwards. Set primarily within what is in effect a pay by the hour hotel, "Room No.7" plays skillfully with hilarious gags combined with the suspense of a thriller, without ever failing to create a perfect entertainment machine, one of those that fill the cinemas. Shin Ha-kyun, in great shape in the role of a poor man who fails - despite his countless efforts - to free himself from a very thorny situation, finds in the rigid and anxious hardness of the young talent Do Kyung-soo - former member of the boyband Exo - a perfect right-hand man with whom to build an impeccable dynamic, made up of physical and verbal clashes, but also of a certain amount of solidarity.
