In the heart of Florence, Palazzo Medici Riccardi – Sale Ginori is preparing to host an extraordinary exhibition that blends the art of webtoons with the world of video, creating a fascinating “Webtoon Wonderland”. This unique exhibition, organized in collaboration with Chungkang University of Cultural Industries, offers a fascinating perspective on the evolution of the world of digital entertainment.

Founded in 1996, Chungkang University was the first university in Korea to focus primarily on cultural industries. Its mission is to nurture exceptional talent who can lead the cultural industry nationally and globally. Chungkang University’s seven graduate schools offer unique programs in the fields of content convergence, animation, webtoons and manhwa (comics), games, art, fashion, and entertainment.

Webtoons, in recent years, have gained great fame, not only in their original form, but also thanks to video content such as dramas and films based on various webtoons that are attracting attention worldwide also thanks to streaming platforms.
