Biography

Born in 1959 in the South Cholla Province, Joo Kyung-jung studied Hindi in the Faculty of Foreign Studies at the Hangook University of Foreign Studies, worked as a publicist in the editorial staff of the political monthly The Age of Public Opinions.
Since 1990 he has published the Fashion Magazine, The Beauty of Our Traditional Clothes, directed The Song of Rebirth (1991), a film about the Gwangju Democratic Resistance, wrote for the films Chang San Gok and Open City.
