KIM Sang-chan was born in 1970 in Seoul and graduated in directing from Dong-Guk University. In 1997 his work for his dissertation "Illusion" won the KODAK Eastman Award. He worked at TUBE Entertainment as a production supervisor for "Failan" (2001), "The Way Home" (2002), "Tube" (2003), "Au Revoir, UFO" (2004). In 2007 he directed "Highway Star" together with Kim Hyun-so.
