A graduate of the Korean Academy of Film Arts, he worked as an assistant director on the film "The Happy Funeral Director" (2009), as a co-writer on "Delivering Love" (2008) and "The Terror Live" (2013). He is one of the executive producers of the film "Poetry" (2010). He wrote and directed "Circle of Atonement" (2015) with colleague Park Eun-gyoung.
