After studying film, Lim devoted himself to production and documentary. His screenplay for "The Last Tango with the Rose of Sharon" received widespread acclaim on the festival circuit, and the animated story "Gaetaliju" earned him an award from the Korean Film Council. Lim is currently working on a new project, "Silli".
