Born in Seoul in 1976, with his first two short films, Templementary (2000) and 125 Jeon Seung-chul (2008), he received numerous awards at various film festivals. After working as an assistant director on Lee Chang-dong's "Poetry" (Best Screenplay at the 2010 Cannes Film Festival), Park shot his debut film "The Journals of Musan", which received several awards, including the New Currents Award at the Busan International Film Festival. In 2013, with Shin A-ga, Lee Sang Cheol and Min Yong-keun, he wrote and directed the collective film "If You Were Me 6". His third work "Alive" was screened in world premiere at the Jeonju Digital Project 2014.
