Born in 1980, Um Tae-hwa made his debut with "Ingtoogi: The Battle of Internet Trolls" in 2011, which was followed by "Vanishing Time: A Boy Who Returned" (2016). His latest film "Concrete utopia" earned him the Best Director award at the Blue Dragon Film Awards.
