Happy End is Jeong Ji-woo's debut film, but it is already with this first film that his name makes itself known to audiences and critics. The film was presented at the 53rd Cannes Film Festival and became a huge box office success, thanks in part to the interpretation of Korean film star Jeon Do-yeon.
