Biography

Jang Hun was assistant director to Kim Ki-duk for The Arc and Time. He made his debut behind the camera with Rough Cut, a gangster film scripted with Kim Ki-duk; two years later it was the turn of The Secret Reunion with Song Kang-ho. His latest film, The Front Line, won several awards including four awards at the 2011 Daejong Film Awards and two at the Blue Dragon Film Awards, the same year for best cinematography and art design.
